Chia Seed Pudding

Chia Seed Pudding is a great option for those busy mornings! Make the night before and have your breakfast ready to go as you walk out the door!

In a blender, place AdvoCare Meal Replacement Shake powder and water. Blend until well combined. In a container with a lid (like a mason jar), pour shake mixture in. Add chia seeds and put lid on. Secure tightly. Shake jar/container to mix the shake and chia seeds. Leave in refrigerator over night. Enjoy as a pudding in the morning and top with optional fruit. 


Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Truffles

Keep things simple with these no-bake treats! These Protein Truffles are a great snack for on-the-go. Try them with your favorite flavor of AdvoCare Meal Replacement Shake

  • 2 packets AdvoCare Meal Replacement Shake (AdvoGreens® Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough used here)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • 2 tbsp nut butter of choice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp butter extract (optional)
  • 2-3 tbsp milk of choice or water (add enough until mixture combines and reached desired consistency) 
  • Optional chocolate chips for topping

In a bowl, mix together ingredients until well combined. Batter will be slightly sticky, add tiny splashes of liquid (milk or water) at a time to allow ingredients to combine. Roll into balls and top with chocolate chips. Store in fridge until ready to serve. 

Protein Pancakes

A quick and nutritious breakfast is just what you need for busy mornings. These Meal Replacement Shake Protein Pancakes are simple and delicious!

Mix all ingredients until well combined, cook pancakes and garnish with your favorite topping. 


Overnight Oatmeal Power Bowl

Start your morning off right with this warm and nutritious bowl, and the perfect place to include a scoop of AdvoCare BodyLean25® Vanilla. This recipe will simplify your morning with the majority of prep being the night before, making it perfect for those of us who need to get out the door quick to work!

Blueberry Banana Baked Protein Oatmeal Bars

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup AdvoCare BodyLean25® Vanilla
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2/3 cup fresh blueberries

Stay prepared for easy and on-the-go snacks with these Blueberry Banana Baked Protein Oatmeal Bars!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 8″ x 8″ pan.  In a medium-sized bowl, mash bananas until almost smooth. Stir in oats, protein powder, egg whites, baking powder, vanilla extract and milk until combined. Fold in blueberries. Bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean once inserted. Let cool and cut into 12 squares. Keep refrigerated or freeze individual portions and thaw out when ready to eat. 


Protein Waffles

Looking for a delicious yet protein packed breakfast? These protein waffles are a great option!

Turn on waffle maker. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. Once waffle maker is heated, coat both sides with cooking spray. Pour batter in so waffle maker is half full and follow directions on waffle maker to cook waffle. Repeat until all batter is used.

Mix, garnish with lemon and enjoy!

Watermelon Mocktail

  • 1 Spark® Watermelon
  • 1tsp Lime Juice
  • 1tsp Jalapeno Agave
  • 2ox Watermelon Juice
  • 6ox Ginger Ale
  • Grilled Watermelon & Sweet Chili Ring Garnish & Basil Leaf

Lavender Fruit Punch Mocktail

  • 1 Fruit Punch Rehydrate
  • 1tsp Lavender Syrup
  • 1tsp Fresh Lemon juice
  • 4oz White Cranberry Juice

  • Orchid Floral Garnish
