Getting in a workout at home is easier than you may think and can take as little as 10 minutes! The below workout is brought to you courtesy of Certified Barre Instructor Ellie D‘Ambra and it requires absolutely zero equipment! One round through each set (with no breaks in between) will take around 10 minutes to complete. So, if you’re short on time, it’s a great routine that can still fit into your busy schedule. If you’ve got a little bit more time to spare, you can repeat the circuit 2-3x through for a longer, total body workout. Enjoy!
How it Works:
Rest: 1-2 mins between each circuit
Repeat 2x = 20mins
Repeat 3x = 30mins

Full Extension to Squat x10
Squat pulse x16
Squat jump x10

Lunge with Leg Lift x10 (each side)
