AdvoCare® strives to enhance our digital experience and best serve the needs of all our customers. As a result, today we are rolling out a change to our login process that will affect some of our customers.
What is the change?
AdvoCare.com is moving away from using numeric Account ID #’s as login usernames (ex. Username: 12345678). Instead, customers should begin using their primary email address on file as their login username (ex. username: janedoe@AdvoCare.com).
You will notice a slight change to the login box (right), the Username box will read “Email/ID” until August 2, 2021, at which point it will simply read “Email”.
Will I be affected?
If you fit into one of the three following scenarios, you are affected.
- You currently use your numeric Account ID# for your Username when you log in to AdvoCare.com.
- You currently use a different email address for your username that isn’t listed as your primary account email address on file with AdvoCare®.
- You currently use a Username that is not an email address (ex-username: janedoe) when you log in to AdvoCare.com.
What do I need to do?
Just start using your account primary email address as your Username – it has already been set up for you! Your password will remain the same until you change it.
What if I don’t know my primary email address on file?
Log on to AdvoCare.com and look at your user profile to see what email address is listed.
What if I need to update my primary email address on file?
