1) Fruit-Infused Rehydrate

It’s so simple, but so beautiful! For this method, all you need to do is prepare your Rehydrate according to package instructions and add fruit of your choosing! For an extra chill, you can also freeze the fruit into ice cubes. Shaken, not stirred please!

2) Rehydrate Fizz

Sparkling water can be a great substitute for sugary sodas. But, we made this one EXTRA special by adding Rehydrate Ice Cubes. To make the ice cubes, stir one scoop of Rehydrate into 12 ounces of warm water (the warm water helps to ensure that the powder fully dissolves!). After fully mixed, pour the contents into an ice cube mold and freeze overnight. For your Rehydrate Fizz, add a few ice cubes to a glass and top with sparkling water.

3) Warm Rehydrate

Ok, we get it. At first glance this may seem a bit unique, but hear us out. You know those days when you just want to hold and sip a warm beverage?! VOILA! It’s kind of like our own take on a warm apple cider, but with all the nutritional benefits of Rehydrate. To prepare, simply add 1 scoop of your flavor of choice to 12 ounces of warm water.

4) Rehydrate Pops

Ice pops are so refreshing! When you make them with Rehydrate they are extra refreshing 😉. Plus they are a great treat after a long workout or sports event! Similar to Rehydrate Ice Cubes, to prep the Ice Pops mix one scoop of Rehydrate into 12 ounces of warm water and pour the mixture into your ice pop mold of choice. Hello hydration!!
