Overview:
Nominate a teacher in your life and enter them to win an AdvoCare® prize package! Starting April 29, 2022, nominate your favorite teacher by visiting connect.advocare.com/teachers and completing the sweepstakes entry form.
Prizes and How to Enter:
Visit connect.advocare.com/teachers and fill out the sweepstakes entry form between 12:00 pm CST on Thursday, April 28, 2022 and 11:59 pm CST on Saturday, May 7, 2022. Entrants will fill out the entry form to nominate a teacher into the sweepstakes. Limit of 5 nominees per entrant. The teacher you nominate will have a chance to win one (1) of up to 100 hundred (100) AdvoCare Glow® prize packs valued at approximately $139.75 USD. (Prize package will include one (1) AdvoCare Glow® Collagen, one (1) AdvoCare Glow® Hair & Nails, one (1) AdvoCare Glow® Skin , and one (1) bag of AdvoCare Spark® stick packs (randomly selected flavor), and one (1) bag of AdvoCare Rehydrate® stick packs (randomly selected flavor). Number of winners dependent on total number of entries. Canadian winners may receive alternate product prizes of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners shall be randomly chosen from all eligible entries received on or before May 8, 2022, with winners being selected starting May 9, 2022. Winners will be notified by email using the email account associated with their winning Sweepstakes entry.
Eligibility and Terms and Conditions:
The Teacher Appreciation Week Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law.
Each Nominee can earn up to one (1) Prize during the Sweepstakes period, regardless of the method of entry. Odds of winning will be based on the total number of entries. Each household may be nominated only one time. Any additional nominations will not be counted as eligible entries.
All Prizes or valuations herein are stated in United States Dollars (USD). The value of each of the one hundred (100) Prize Packs awarded will be approximately $139.75 USD, depending on product selection and availability. Flavor selection will be subject to availability. Prize Winners will have up to 48 hours from the time of contact in their email to respond with their shipping information and claim their Prize. Alternate winners will be randomly selected for any unclaimed prizes. All Prizes will be disbursed to the Winners on or approximately by May 31, 2022.
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of the AdvoCare, which are final and binding. Winning a Prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
Any known attempt by a nominee to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities/accounts, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entry and that Entrant’s Nominee may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited. AdvoCare reserves the right to disqualify and/or sanction any Entrant who may be in violation of these Rules. If AdvoCare suspects any fraud, tampering, or any activity that AdvoCare believes may impair the integrity of the entry process, AdvoCare may, in its sole discretion, select an additional potential Winner. AdvoCare’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Any AdvoCare Independent Distributor participating in this Sweepstakes must be in good standing to be eligible to win a Prize. Prizes are not transferrable by the winning Nominee. AdvoCare may amend or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time. AdvoCare reserves the right to change the Prizes without advance written notice due to any unforeseen reason.
Participants agree to and accept all applicable laws, regulations, these Official Rules, and the decisions of AdvoCare, which are final and binding. Additionally, Participants agree to release and hold harmless AdvoCare, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of the Sweepstakes or Prizes. For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above are inapplicable where attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute.
All federal, state, provincial and local income taxes connected to the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. The value of any Prize awarded to an Individual may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each Prize Winner must provide AdvoCare with valid taxpayer identification number before any Prize over $500 in value will be awarded. Any US resident winning over $600 in Prizes from AdvoCare will receive an IRS form 1099-MISC . Any CA resident winning over $500 in Prizes from AdvoCare will receive a form T4A. The aforementioned form will be sent to the Prize Winner and a copy of such form will be filed with the appropriate taxing entity. Except where prohibited, a Prize Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and/or a liability/publicity release.
AdvoCare is not responsible for any failure of the website during the Sweepstakes period, nor is it responsible any unforeseen disruption to AdvoCare’s business operations or any technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any information to be received on account of internet or website traffic congestion, or any combination thereof.
The restrictions and conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions and conditions. Any details not specified herein will be determined by AdvoCare. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No cancellation, transfer, or assignment will be allowed.
Release of Liability:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless AdvoCare, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and/or any other social media website, their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize. Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
Privacy:
AdvoCare will be collecting personal data about Entrants and Nominees. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby agree to the collection and usage of your personal information by AdvoCare. Any information Entrants submit as part of the Sweepstakes is provided to AdvoCare, not Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, or any other social media site or platform on which the Sweepstakes may appear and treated in accordance with AdvoCare’s Privacy Policy. By entering, Entrants also agree that AdvoCare may refer or re-post Entries to its Social Media accounts. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and AdvoCare shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Texas.
