Social media can be an amazing tool for a Distributor when used in the right way. Posts can help give your followers a peek into your life, educate your customers, relay your passion for AdvoCare® products, invite customers to your site, and all the while you can remain true to who you are. At the same time, AdvoCare Distributors are required to adhere to the Official AdvoCare Distributor Advertising Guidelines so that the company, program and products are represented properly.

Creative + Compliant

We love seeing our Distributors share products they love in ways that keeps their followers engaged and informed while also staying compliant! You’ll find a number of examples on this page of how you can keep your followers engaged while you share AdvoCare, specifically for the 24-Day JumpStart® and Spark®, and do it in a creative, compliant way.

Make the Most of Your Social Post 4

When you share AdvoCare products on your social media accounts:

  • Show your face! You’re making a 1:1 connection with people who like you, show yourself! Don’t feel like your posts with AdvoCare products should only be a still shot of the product, have fun with it. You could include you holding a shaker bottle with prepared product, showing how you use it at home or the gym, a more stylized image of the product in your kitchen waiting to be used, etc. Feel free to mix it up and post different things on different channels.
  • Tell people why you love the product and how it benefits you. You can use unaltered product claims from the product label or website for ideas. Using words like “helps, supports, and promotes” are great ways to talk about the product benefits.
  • Do not make any type of claim that relates to your or someone else’s medical conditions (like the current COVID-19), medication, pregnancy or nursing, and do not market any products to minors under 18 years of age. Distributor Advertising Guidelines are found in Chapter 9 of the Distributor Policies and Procedures – please take a moment to review to help ensure your post is compliant!
  • Include your order link in your captions! Replace “YOURID” with your Distributor number: https://advocare.com/YOURID
  • Be sure to include #Distributor to indicate that you have a beneficial relationship with AdvoCare, and feel free to invite followers to use the link in your bio or the caption to visit your site or have them message you for a referral link for a discount.
  • Tag us @advocare – we may share your post (if compliant) on a variety of our channels!

Facebook/Facebook Stories

Because URLs in Facebook post captions are clickable, you can send customers directly to your site through your caption. If you share from Instagram to Facebook, edit your Facebook caption to add the link for easier shopping.

(Don’t forget to add #Distributor to your caption!)

Instagram/Instagram Stories

Instagram is for beautiful pictures and quick interactions. Make sure that your image can speak for itself! Your caption can provide additional details and important information, but your image should be the focus. Don’t feel like you have to be a professional photographer or influencer to make an impact on Instagram. Find some good lighting and have a friend snap a photo!

Instagram Stories:

Stories are a great way to share little pieces of information and reminders to your followers about AdvoCare while not overloading your feed with only AdvoCare products.
“This is AWESOME! 🤩🙌🏻Swipe ⬅️ to see! . Head to my stories to see my favorite of all time go-to breakfast option! It’s seriously so amazing! #Distributor”
Take high-quality, vertical photos for your Instagram stories. Tag us @AdvoCare so we can see and potentially share your posts!
Use descriptions to make it easy for people to know the subject of your stories. If you’re taking a video, type out the general message so it can be watched without sound.
If you want to add additional text, like this recipe, you can type it out in your phone notes, then upload a screenshot. Remind followers that they can screenshot the story!

Speaking of videos, videos can be a great way to share information in a shorter amount of time. It’s also easy through a video to disclose your position as an AdvoCare Distributor. Don’t forget to remind people about your referral code in the caption!

At the end of the day, your social media pages should be a reflection of who you are and what you love. We can’t wait to see how you express yourself, and share your AdvoCare favorites, through your own channels! Keep sharing – and tag @AdvoCare so we can easily find your posts! We love seeing what you come up with!
