SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
HOW TO ENTER: Go to renew.advocare.com from December 17, 2019 at 9:00 am CT – December 29th, 2019 at 11:59 pm CT to enter by entry form on the designated blog post announcing the Sweepstakes. All entries must be complete and received on or before December 29th, 2019 at 11:59pm CT to be considered. Limit one entry per individual.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Each winner will receive one prize package. 4 total winners will be selected randomly from all entries. 3 winners will be randomly selected for the Rich Froning Swag Pack which includes signed merchandise valued at $150 and an AdvoCare product bundle valued at $236.74 which includes the following AdvoCare products: Spark®, BioFuel®, O2 Gold®, AdvoCare Rehydrate®, AdvoCare Arginine Extreme® and BodyLean25®. One grand prize winner will receive a trip for 2 to watch the Mayhem Classic (January 10-12, 2020) and workout with Rich Froning in Cookeville, Tennesee valued at $3300 which includes coach airfare for 2, 4 nights in a hotel selected by AdvoCare including tax and other fees, a $150 gift card towards a car rental, 2 tickets to the Mayhem Classic, a private workout for 2 taught by Rich Froning, signed merchandise, and an AdvoCare product bundle which includes the following AdvoCare products: Spark®, BioFuel®, O2 Gold®, AdvoCare Rehydrate®, AdvoCare Arginine Extreme® and BodyLean25®. The private workout will be scheduled for January 9, 2020 and is subject to change or cancellation based on Rich Froning’s availability. Credit card required at check in. Incidentals and other individual expenses are the winner’s responsibility. Hotel’s cancellation policy will also be incorporated into these rules and any late cancellation fees or total booking fee due to cancellation will be the winner’s responsibility.
WINNER SELECTION: 3 winners of the Swag Pack and 1 grand prize winner for the trip will all be selected randomly from the pool of eligible Entrants. Odds of winning will be based on the total number of entries.
NOTIFICATIONS/CLAIM PRIZE: Winners will be notified by the email associated with their entry on or before January 1, 2020. Winners will have 3 days after notice to accept their prize. After that time, their prize is forfeited and another Winner will be chosen from the eligible entries.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All entrants must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Rules in order to qualify for the prize.
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of the AdvoCare, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted by anyone other than the Entrant are void. AdvoCare reserves the right to disqualify and/or sanction any Entrant who may be in violation of these Rules.
Limit one prize per person.
All prizes may be substituted by AdvoCare for other prizes of equal value, based on availability. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption equivalent.
All federal, state and local income taxes connected to the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winner agrees to fill out tax forms or releases of liability related to the prizes awarded as requested by AdvoCare.
AdvoCare shall only be responsible for awarding the number of prizes as stated in these Rules.
AdvoCare disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or travel or subsequent use of prizes awarded.
AdvoCare makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of prizes awarded.
Winner agrees to allow their photo, name and/or likeness to be used on television, on the AdvoCare website www.advocare.com and/or on any of the AdvoCare social media websites including but not limited to www.facebook.com/advocare and http://instagram.com/advocare and releases AdvoCare from any and all claims arising out of the use of their photo, name and/or likeness.
If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, AdvoCare reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or whom AdvoCare believes to be causing malfunction or error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. AdvoCare reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors.
AdvoCare is not responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise made by AdvoCare or the Hotel. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by AdvoCare.
AdvoCare’s failure to enforce any term or condition of these Rules does not constitute a waiver of these provisions.
PRIVACY: AdvoCare will be collecting personal data about Entrants. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you hereby agree to the collection and usage of your personal information by AdvoCare. CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and AdvoCare in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Texas, without regard to AdvoCare conflict of law principles.
