No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER:
Like Judi Holler’s Instagram post highlighting AdvoCare ® product(s) between 7 AM ET Saturday, May 14, 2022 – 11:59 AM ET Monday, May 16, 2022, on her official page, follow @advocare on Instagram and tag one friend.
Limit one entry per individual.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY:
You can enter the Sweepstakes by e-mailing Contests@AdvoCare.com 7 AM ET Saturday, May 14, 2022 – 11:59 AM ET Monday, May 16, 2022. The email must be entitled “Judi Holler giveaway,” and must contain the following information about the Entrant: Name, Address, Telephone number, Email address and Distributor ID, if applicable. Emails received prior to or subsequent to the stated entry period will not be considered. One entry per email.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION:

Total retail value of $256.71 USD.
Prize flavors and sizes are at the sole discretion of AdvoCare, LLC.
WINNER SELECTION:
Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible Entrants. Odds of winning will be based on the total number of entries.
There will be 3 Total number of winners.
NOTIFICATIONS/CLAIM PRIZE:
Winners will be notified by Judi Holler through Instagram direct messages. Winners will have 24 hours after notice to accept their prize. After that time, their prize is forfeited, and another Winner will be chosen from the eligible entries.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All entrants must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Rules in order to qualify for the prize.
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of the AdvoCare, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted by anyone other than the Entrant are void. AdvoCare reserves the right to disqualify and/or sanction any Entrant who may be in violation of these Rules.
Limit one prize per person.
All prizes may be substituted by AdvoCare for other prizes of equal value, based on availability. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption equivalent.
All federal, state, provincial and local income taxes connected to the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. All federal, state, provincial and local laws, and regulations apply. The value of any prize awarded to an Individual may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each Prize Winner must provide AdvoCare with valid taxpayer identification number before any Prize over $500 in value will be awarded. Any US resident winning over $600 in Prizes from AdvoCare will receive an IRS form 1099-MISC (US Distributors). The aforementioned forms will be sent to the Prize Winner and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS, as applicable. Except where prohibited, a Prize Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and/or a liability/publicity release.
AdvoCare shall only be responsible for awarding the number of prizes as stated in these Rules. AdvoCare disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or travel or subsequent use of prizes awarded.
AdvoCare makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of prizes awarded.
Winner agrees to allow their photo, name and/or likeness to be used on television, on the AdvoCare website www.advocare.com and/or on any of the AdvoCare social media websites including but not limited to www.facebook.com/advocare and http://instagram.com/advocare and releases AdvoCare from any and all claims arising out of the use of their photo, name and/or likeness.
If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, AdvoCare reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or whom AdvoCare believes to be causing malfunction or error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. AdvoCare reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors.
AdvoCare is not responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise made by AdvoCare or the Hotel. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by AdvoCare.
AdvoCare’s failure to enforce any term or condition of these Rules does not constitute a waiver of these provisions.

CHOICE OF LAW:
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and AdvoCare in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Texas, without regard to AdvoCare conflict of law principles.
