I hereby grant permission to AdvoCare International LLC (hereinafter “ADVOCARE”) to write, edit, publish, and post my story, photo, video, audio recording and/or other items (hereinafter referred to as “materials”) I submit to and for ADVOCAREʼs websites (including but not limited to https://advocare.com), Instagram accounts (including but not limited to @advocare, https://instagram.com/advocare), LinkedIn accounts (including but not limited to https://www.linkedin.com/company/advocare) and Facebook accounts (including but not limited to https://www.facebook.com/advocare), and to that of any of its’ subsidiaries.
I also grant permission for ADVOCARE to share information and materials that include my personal details with media outlets, such as newspapers, radio and TV news companies. I warrant that I am the sole owner of all rights in and to the materials I provide to ADVOCARE as described above, and that such materials do not infringe the copyright or other property rights of any third party and that I have full power to convey the rights granted herein. I acknowledge that ADVOCARE is the sole owner of all rights in, and to, any presentation or production incorporating my materials, and that it has the right to use and reproduce the resulting presentations and productions.
I hereby release ADVOCARE and its representatives from all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with any use of said “materials” as described herein, including, without limitation, all claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, defamation, and any other personal and/or property rights. I acknowledge and agree that no sums whatsoever will be due to me as a result of the use of the “materials” or any right therein.
I understand that I may revoke this consent by contacting ADVOCARE at legal@advocare.com, and that ADVOCARE will remove my materials from any public print, digital, or internet locations where it is used, to the extent feasible, within a reasonable timeframe after receipt thereof.
I have read this consent before signing and fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this consent. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions and have done so prior to agreeing to this consent.
