On December 16, 2020 AdvoCare® CEO Patrick Wright and Senior Vice President of Global Marketing Christina Helwig announced on a live Facebook broadcast that AdvoCare’s Metabolic Nutrition System, MNS®, has been reimagined and will become available as part of the 2021 24-Day JumpStart® and as two individual products on January 1, 2021.
The MNS® products are multinutrient dietary supplement systems that have been a popular AdvoCare® offering for over 20 years. Customer input led AdvoCare® Research and Development and Science & Medical Advisory Board Members to renovate and improve MNS®, which has a new look and consists of 2 new MNS® systems: MNS Omni™ and MNS Delta™. These two new products have been reformulated with 5-6 supplements and into only two packs, and will replace the existing MNS® products.

The Systems
Users can incorporate either MNS Omni™ or MNS Delta™ to their daily routines to help support core nutrition, energy and metabolic support.*
- MNS® has a focus on two categories: overall wellness and weight management. MNS Omni™ has a focus on overall wellness and MNS Delta™ has a focus on weight management.
- Each system has less pills and is only taken twice per day. MNS Omni™ has 5 supplements and MNS Delta™ has 6 supplements.

Both systems are listed in the checklist. Am I supposed to take MNS Omni™ and MNS Delta™?
No, you should only take one serving of your preferred MNS® per day. One serving is considered one 2-packet strip (labeled Pack 1 and Pack 2).
Should I take CorePlex® in conjunction with MNS®?
No, the multivitamin softgel has replaced the 3 CorePlex® in MNS®. MNS® was formulated as a system to help fill in nutritional gaps and meet some of the daily values recommended by the Food and Drug Administration. For additional nutritional support, we recommend consuming Spark and/or Meal Replacement Shakes.
If I am taking MNS Delta™, should I take OmegaPlex®?
While MNS Delta™ contains omega-3 fatty acids within the multivitamin softgel, it does not have a dedicated omega-3 fatty acid supplement. For additional omega-3 fatty acids, we recommend OmegaPlex®.
If I am taking MNS Omni™, can I include OmegaPlex®?
MNS Omni™ includes OmniBlend™, which is an omega-3 fatty acid, CoQ10 and astaxanthin supplement. If you are interested in additional omega-3 fatty acid support, you may add OmegaPlex®.
Can I continue taking AdvoCare® Fiber during the Max Phase?
Yes, you can continue taking AdvoCare® Fiber during the Max Phase. AdvoCare® Fiber should be taken at least two hours before or after taking the Multivitamin softgel, OmniBlend™ and/or OmegaPlex®.
