Instructions
On a cutting board, chop kale, apples and walnuts. Then slice celery.
In a small bowl, add Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar and honey and stir until well combined to make vinaigrette.
In a medium bowl, add all vegetables and fruit and toss. Drizzle vinaigrette and toss until well combined.
Salt and pepper to taste.
