Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 scoops AdvoCare® Rehydrate Berry Lemon Ice
  • 1 tbsp gar powder (or 2 tbsp. gelatin) consistency of the final product may vary slightly due to usage of agar vs. gelatin and the amount of time allowed to set in the fridge
  • 1 cups water
  •  2 tbsp honey or fruit juice fruit juice may slightly alter the color of the final product.

Method
 

  1. Place water into a sauce pan over medium heat.
  2. Add all ingredients to water and mix until dissolved.
  3. Bring to a boil and allow to cool.
  4. Pour mixture into desired molds and store in fridge until set to a jelly-like consistency.
